Your regular update for technical and industry information
On 19 December 2018, the Official Journal of the French Republic published a notice1 on amending the Decree No. 91-12922 relating to the prevention of the risks arising from the use of childcare articles. This amendment updates three of the childcare article standards in the Decree to the latest versions. It also provides the transitional period for current standards. The summary of the updated standards is in the table as follows.
